Prof. Keisari’s cancer related research has three aspects:
- Develop and improve treatment to destruct local tumors (tumor ablation) based on electric current that is transmitted in the tumor.
- Develop and improve treatment of the destruction of a local cancer tumor based on a radioactive needle that disperses alpha-emitting atoms in the tumor.
- The combination of these treatments with chemotherapy and the means to increase the activity of the immune response to the destruction of cancer cells in metastases.
