• Investigation and characterization of genetic changes in tumors as biomarkers as well as new targets for therapy.
• Develop new surgical techniques to preserve the critically-important sense of human integrity and cognitive functionality among patients with brain cancer
• Development of a novel brain tumor model based on patient derived xenograft (PDX)
